Scott Lenzi is the co-founder and president of OCS Chemical Engineering . He has over 30 years of expertise in the water treatment industry and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He created a partnership with GE Water and Process Technologies allowing OCS to bring patented chemical technology and analysis to OCS clients and the Northeast market.

Scott has worked closely with GE , the CDC ( Center for Disease control) and the ASHRAE 188 board members to clarify and organize compliance protocols relative to the NYC Local Law 77 for Legionella prevention and control. He has conducted numerous seminars in the NYC area on Legionella law compliance.
