Louis Cendagorta is the Executive Director of the Suppression and the CDA Unit of the FDNY. He has been a member of the Bureau of Fire Prevention for 30 years. He received his Bachelors’ Degree and Masters’ Degree of Science from John Jay College. He has extensive knowledge and experience in water base fire suppression systems and has been certified and or trained in systems like, CO2, foam, aerosols, Halon, fog and water mists systems. Executive Director Cendagorta is also trained in pyrotechnics, Firework Safety and Construction Site Safety.
