We’re over halfway through the first cycle of parking structure inspections, with changes to come after it concludes in 2027. Penalties for failing to meet parking structure requirements can be steep, with monthly and annual fines.
Additionally, there are ongoing annual requirements for parking structures that happen outside of the first inspections cycle. And outside of parking structures, annual parapet observations are required for several buildings citywide.
